Terms of Service

Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using any Mandy Studio application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Apps. These Terms apply to all users of our games and services.

License

Mandy Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Apps
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our Apps for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Transfer your license to any other person

User Conduct

You agree to use our Apps in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use our Apps to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Apps

In-App Purchases

Some of our Apps may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice. All transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms.

Intellectual Property

All content within our Apps — including but not limited to graphics, gameplay, sound, music, and code — is owned by Mandy Studio or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of our Apps is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mandy Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our Apps.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Apps at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your license to use our Apps ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Continued use of our Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
